Aerial Installation - What to expect!
On the day of installation our engineers will arrive in a fully sign written van. We will introduce ourselves and then discuss you needs with confirm all cost associated with the aerial installation task. This means that before any of our equipment is set up you have the peace of mind that the price has been confirmed and costs will not be added to the installation, unlike many of our competitors!!
All of the equipment used in the aerial installation is benchmarked and has a digital tick. This means that the equipment has been tested for use on aerial installations for digital TV reception. The installation includes the following as standard:
- High Gain TV Aerial
- 6ft Pole
- 9 Inch Wall Bracket or Chimney Bracket
- 15m of Benchmarked cable
Aerial Installation - What happens Next!
1. Once the aerial installation is complete and all the points have been meter tested, we will re-tune your digital TV's for you.
2. We will issue you an invoice and take payment which is via cheque or cash.
3. You will then be given your warranty paperwork and let you what to do in the unlikely event that you have a problem in the future.
Aerial Installation - Warranty
All of our aerial installations come with a minimum of 3 years warranty. Included in the warranty is the aerial, cable, pole & brackets. This means that should you have a problem with aerial moving or blowing down we will resolve the fault with absolutely no cost to you. Any electrical components installed during the installation are covered with a 12 month warranty as standard.
Aerial Installation Cost
The cost of our aerial installation start from £100. This is for a basic benchmarked TV aerial with a CAI standard of 3.
The cost of our HD high gain aerial installations start from £125
We currently charge no VAT and all prices are inclusive of labour.
